Strength training is critical in men and women’s fitness regimens. Lifting weights not only builds muscle and increases muscle strength but it also burns fat, improves mood, and increases your metabolism speed. Weighted HIIT is a full body interval training workout that incorporates lifting weights while integrating the Tabata method and training.

JUST HIIT IT (CARDIO KICKBOXING)
Have u ever wanted to learn how to fight? Or to practice self-defense? Learn how to kick and punch with Mike or Shaun as they take you through a warm up, stretching, and high intensity bag work, improving fitness levels and self-esteem. “You don’t have to be a fighter to train like one”. TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT
Circuit 50/10 is a high intensity interval total body workout that will help you burn calories and build endurance. You can burn up to 700 calories, burn fat, and increase your anaerobic capacity. Total Body involves super sets of 4 rounds 50 seconds of work with a 10 sec break.

HIIT LAB is a program designed specifically for the Legs, Abs and Booty. With the use of bands, kettlebells and dumb bells we can help you focus on these specific areas. Class starts with 20 minutes of cardio followed by 25 minutes of shaping and designing your lower body.

FLOW+
A more traditional yoga flow blended with dynamic core conditioning and restorative poses designed to help you float into the rest of your week. Expect to sweat through the class and finish with a short, relaxing shavasana. Please bring a mat.
